Return Policy

Hey there,

If you're on this page, chances are something hasn't worked out or you've changed your mind {unless of course you're just browsing through our policies :)}

Even though we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products and individually check all products for any defects, things don't work out sometimes and if for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, here's our RETURN POLICY:

> Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by, we would unfortunately not be in a position to offer you a refund or exchange

> To be eligible for a return, the product(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging

> To complete your return, we'll ask that you send us your receipt/proof of purchase and let us know what missed the mark (reason for returning) which would immensely help us improve our offerings

> Subsequently, we'll send you a return shipping label which you'll need to affix to the original packaging and mail the product(s) back to us

Here's our REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY:


> Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also keep you posted on the status of your refund.

> If the refund meets the criteria and is good to go, it will be processed and the said amount will automatically be reversed to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

> There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be processed (if applicable):
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

> Should you not wish to receive a refund, you of course have the option of going the exchange route! You can either get the same product (a different piece perhaps in case of any defects/damage) or another product for the same amount or get future store credit for the same amount which can be used towards buying anything else on our store

About Return Shipping Costs:

> Any shipping costs to return your purchase will need to be borne by you

> Shipping costs are non-refundable

A word about Timelines:

Generally speaking, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted but in case of a longer delay, we'd suggest reaching out to your credit card company or contacting your bank since there's often some official processing time before a refund is posted
